GENERAL CONDITIONS:

- All prices are in US Dollars

- Accomodation in STD room, except when indicated.

- Land arrangements indicated include: billingal guides, tips on transfers, restaurants, shows, etc

- Special rates on request for : New Year, Carneval, Congresses, Special events.

PAYMENT TERMS: Individuals must be paid ten days prior to passenger/s entry date or if short term immediately. Please send copy of bank transfer by fax for better localization. Payment in U$ Dollar to our U$-Account.

CANCELLATIONS: We will not make any kind of reimbursements in case of NO-SHOW when there is last minute cancellation: within 48 hours in Low Season, and within 72 hours in High Season; normally are subject to minor penalties that we cannot avoid charging. Carnival, Yearend and other special events have special conditions to be informed on reservation.

REFUNDS: The clients should be informed that no claim will be considered for non-used services whether they be partial or total, unless they had been cancelled in due time. Passenger must complain in written to our agency while being in the destination. All claims for refunds will be considered only within two months of passenger´s arrival date without exceptions. OUR RATES INCLUDE

- Rooming: In hotels of different categories taxes and breakfast as specified

- Excursions: Assistance by local guide on regular or individual services.

- Transfers: Reception, with assistance by local guide (of language requested), baggage handling and transportation.

NOT INCLUDED ON OUR RATES: Airport taxes, drinks, laundry, telephone messages, fuel or car rentals, early-check-in or late-ceck-out, tips and other extras not specified and personal expenses unless especially indicated

SERVICE ORDER : Should be filled -in, clearly, correctly and legibly.

- Specify if services are private or regular.

- When more than one city, specify each service of each city.

- When more than one service in each city, please specify each service.

RESPONSIBILITY: BTP declares that it acts solely as intermediary between passengers and the entities called upon to provide services, such as hotels, restaurants and airline companies. Consequently, declines all responsability for deficiencies in any of the rendered services, any damage, injury or accident, or irregularity that might occur during their executation to the persons who will travel through its mediation, as well as luggage and other personal belongings. Place of jurisdiction is Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
